From the moment we walked into Dr. Frey's office we were welcomed by his amazing staff. We were never once presurred on making a decision on care. Instead we were given options. Staff is always kind and attentive. Their office is the cleanest office i have seen thus far. They have the easiest self check in system ever!! My son had a fear of dental procedures and Dr. Frey and his staff took extra care and attention with our case. Needles to say he loves coming to the office and this makes our dental journey so much easier. Payment plan was awesome and they have an awesome referral program. We absolutely love that we did our homework and ended up choosing the best orthodontist in Illinois!!

I was really nervous about my expander but it turned out fine. Everyone did a great job putting it in and reassuring me that I would be ok.

So happy with the results we are seeing. My daughter has friends who needed similar "gear" and the system they have seems so much more complicated and the patient has to remember to connect pieces each day. Ours is automatically set so nothing to worry about or remember daily. Thank you for giving my daughter something that does not take a daily thought, and making the process easier for her.
